subscriptions
To subscribe, simply add the product to your cart and check out. You will receive a confirmation email that your subscription is active.
To create an account on madolyne.com, simply click on the My Account icon in the main menu, then click on Sign Up Here. Make sure you create your account with the same email address you used to check out.
We will automatically bill you and send your lingerie set ouT monthly, until you cancel. The first payment is deducted on the day you subscribe, and the first box will arrive in the first week of the following month after payment. For more information, please read our How it Works page.
We do not include any receipts/invoices/order details in the boxes. All relevant information will be sent to you via email.
To manage, change, pause or cancel your subscription, you have to log in to your madolyne account, and navigate to Manage Subscription under My Account.
Alternatively, you can access the Manage Subscription section from the help menu.
To access the Manage Subscription section, you will need to enter your email address and input the login code sent to your inbox
You can either pause or cancel your subscription from your My Account section, under Manage Subscription. Make sure you are logged in, go to Manage Subscription, and follow the steps.
Note: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please make sure to do so at least 3 working days before the next direct debit date to avoid being billed and being sent the next box. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

While we hope you will become a member of the Madolyne lingerie club, we understand this isn’t always possible. For our amazing community that want to wear our incredible sets without subscribing, we will have the monthly sets available on our website on the 5th of every month. This gives enough time to our subscribers to receive their boxes across the globe.
Alternatively, you can purchase our 1 Month Gift Box, which will be delivered alongside all other members' subscriptions.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at hello@madolyne.com and we will be happy to assist you within the constraints of our cancellation policy.
Due to the personal nature of our lingerie sets, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons. This policy protects other shoppers and therefore we cannot make exceptions.
Please choose your items carefully and ensure you use the size guide.
While we strive to ensure your items arrive just as beautifully as when they left us, we recognize that damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@madolyne.com with detailed information and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible. Please keep the damaged items until we’ve resolved the issue.
According to our returns policy, we do not accept returns on lingerie.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@madolyne.com and we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Products
Although we strive for inclusivity and the comfort of all our Madolyne beauties, we are still a very small brand and can only offer the standard sizing for now.
We’re taking notes though, and we’re working on adding to our size range to make Madolyne available to everyone. We plan to release two additional sizes in January 2025, so do check back soon.
Although we aim to offer this very soon, currently our sets come in one size for both top and bottoms. However, our sets have been created to fit beautifully regardless!
Just make sure you take your measurements and reference the size chart before placing your
order.
Our sets have been designed to be flexible. You can have a look at our sizing chart to understand your cup size and overall size.
Most of our bottoms have been designed to be adjustable, to fit great regardless of your size.
We do recommend taking your measurements, and using the size chart to order the size closest to your measurements.
As we are a small brand, some of the images used on our website and social media are of samples that we worked on but won't be released. As we start releasing our sets from October 2024 onwards, these lingerie sets will be available across all our products.
Our subscription boxes will include but are not limited to various 2- and 3-piece lingerie sets, garter bets, bodysuits and others. Every box comes with beautiful lingerie that’ll make your day, and sometimes, there’s a little surprise in there too!
Shipping & Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries around the world. Please read of Shipping & Delivery page for details.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.
Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.
Our delivery partners pick up the monthly boxes on the 1st - 3rd of every month. You can expect your monthly box to arrive within:
- UAE: 1 - 3 days
- GCC: 1-3 Business Days
- International: Express Delivery, 2-7 days
For new members subscribing after the 29th of each month, please expect a short delay of 1-3 days beyond the dates above. This allows us to prepare your beautiful lingerie and send you the package. But don't worry, we aim to have all our subscription boxes delivered within the first 7 days of the month.
Non-subscription delivery times are:
Processing time: 1-3 days
Delivery times:
- UAE: 1 day
- GCC: Express Delivery, 1-3 Business
Days - International: Express Delivery, 2-7 days
Please note that the delivery times do not include the processing time.
Once our delivery partner has picked your package, they will send you an SMS to the
registered phone number with a tracking link (UAE). You can follow that link to track your package.
For international orders, your tracking link will be provided via email.
We offer free UAE shipping.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Our 3 month gift box is a prepaid membership for 3 months.
Whether you want to gift this to a loved one or yourself, when you purchase this gift box you will make a one-time payment for all 3 boxes, plus shipping for 3 deliveries.
Then our gift box will be delivered to your door every month for 3 months. Once the 3rd box has been delivered, your membership will have ended and no further charges will be made.
Order Delivery issues

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery times. If you reside in any country outside the United Arab Emirates, your package might be going through customs processing. We have no control over how long customs processing takes. In some countries, it can take more than 2 weeks for parcels to be processed and released from local customs. We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
Make sure you check your tracking link to see the status of your shipment.
If your shipment is late but not in customs, please send us an email to hello@madolyne.com and we will investigate for you.
Although we follow a very strict quality control and packaging process, should you receive an incomplete or damaged item, please make sure you contact us within 7 days of receipt to address and resolve the issue immediately.
Please note that our sets can be 2 or 3 pcs sets, depending on the month’s design. If that month we release a 2pcs set, and you were expecting a 3pcs set, this means the set is complete.
